How To Book

How to book:

Bookings will be taken via email ONLY. For toddler mornings and after school club please email happyhoovesponies@gmail.com with your name, your childs name and the date(s) and activity you wish to book. If booking after school club please include your child’s age and what experience, if any, they have around horses. All bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. We will then confirm whether we have availability and payment details will be given. Please note that due to the current COVID-19 circumstances all payments must be made in advance and no cash on the day will be accepted. Payment will be via bank transfer and must be made within 48 hours of confirmation in order for your place to be reserved. Failure to do so will result in your place being handed to the waiting list.

Refund policy:

If we have to cancel your booked activity then you will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel a booked toddler morning or after school club then you will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 5 days before the booked date. No refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

If you need to cancel a booked pony party or special occasion then you will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made 2 weeks before the booked date. You will receive a 50% refund if the cancellation is made 1 week before the booked date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made with less than a weeks notice.

Finally, please be aware that no open toed footwear is allowed around the ponies.
